A dynamic opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and professional individual to join our industrious and dedicated Property Services and Assets (“PAS”) Unit.
Reporting to and working closely with the Manager, Property Services and Space Management, you will provide timely, expert property advice and transaction services across property types such as acquisitions, disposals, residential, investment and development sites, community facilities, operational and community land, public domain and airspace.
This position will also contribute to the development and report on the Property Services and Space Management Business Plan,
including status performance on the service and budget in accordance with regular reporting cycles or as requested.
In managing often complex statutory property transactions and associated functions, you will have strong customer focus providing both internal and external stakeholders with excellent service, the ability to think laterally and work efficiently under pressure thereby contributing to the overall direction and success of the PAS.
