Swinburne’s Facilities & Services is currently seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Manager, Asset Delivery, to drive the leadership of our Asset Delivery team. As the Manager, Asset Delivery you will be integral to the team’s delivery of regulatory compliance and continuity of business operations, achieved through divulging your expertise in the delivery of operations and maintenance activities, asset management and contracts management to optimise management of Swinburne’s infrastructure assets.
Promoting a safety-first culture, this role will employ a high degree of integrity and judgement to build and manage key internal and external relationships and resources.
You will identify and implement improvements to enhance best practice safety systems.

To be successful in the role, you will have:
- Relevant tertiary or post trade qualification in engineering, building services and or facilities management or an equivalent combination of extensive relevant experience and/or education/training
- Extensive and significant management experience in a large multifaceted organization, with proven ability in facility maintenance services managing human and physical resources
- Previous experience in a similar role and in an organisation of similar size and complexity
- Proven experience in asset planning and management in a similar asset intensive organisation
