FP&A; Business Partner
Job Description Summary
Partner with our Integrated Facilities Management business in the role of FP&A; Business Partner and provide valuable insights and analytics to key financial and operational stakeholders.
Reporting to the Head of ANZ FP&A; you will be responsible for accurate and timely reporting providing insight and analytics across the IFM business segments (Facilities Services, Facilities Management, Trades) in Australia and New Zealand. You will work with key business leaders to assist them to make accurate and informed decisions to achieve outstanding outcomes for the business.
What you will do:
Monthly performance reporting measuring business units against targets
Provide analytical insights to support decision making
Assist with preparation of monthly business review including commentary, variance analysis, retention and pipeline reporting
Assist with business planning and forecasting across clients, indirect and corporate allocations
Assist with identifying risk and opportunities and corrective actions
Be responsible for data loads and reconciliations between financial systems
Systems data management and maintenance (JDE, Hyperion, Essbase)
Providing ad hoc support with financial modelling
General support for the IFM FP&A; Manager and ANZ Head of FP&A;

What you will also bring:
Experience in budgeting and forecasting in a large complex organization
Proven track record in building and maintaining financial models
A passion and proven track record for improving processes and procedures
One to three years’ experience within a similar FP&A; function
Strong analytical and commercials skills with excellent attention to detail
Advanced financial modeling knowledge in Excel and presentation skills in PowerPoint
Experience in BI reporting systems e.g. JDE Insight, Hyperion / Essbase & Power BI
CA / CPA qualified (or part qualified) professional with a proven track record in an analytical role
