The Business Support Officer provides high level administrative and executive support to the Director and Managers within the Planning and Coordination team within the Readiness, Response and Emergency Management (RREM) Division. The role includes email and diary management for the Director, creating, maintaining and documenting processes and procedures, and assisting with finance and human resource requests, including accounts payable and the induction of new staff. The role requires the ability to operate in a complex and dynamic environment and will be required to exercise initiative and sound judgement.
