The Academic Pathway Programs is an academic unit offering pathway programs to pre-university students. These include the well-established University Preparation Course (UniPrep), UniPrep Schools, and UniPrep Accelerate. Academic Pathway Programs works across ECU’s three campuses here in Western Australia and online.
The Administrative Officer will support the day-to-day running of the Academic Pathway Programs and Equity Projects Office. In this role, you will perform general administrative duties to include the coordination of appointments, travel arrangements (when applicable), maintenance of office equipment, communication systems and records, communications with internal and external stakeholders,
reconciling corporate credit card statements, filing information systems and statistical records and databases. You will report to the Director, Access and Equity and be expected to maintain good documentation and record-keeping practices. The Administrative Officer will be expected to work independently and contribute to programs and objectives as a member of the team.

Ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the administrative aspects of the Academic Pathway Program and Equity Office, the successful candidate will demonstrate the following key criteria:
Experience in providing administrative support
A sound level of customer focus, communication and interpersonal skills, whilst working efficiently and autonomously
A high level of computer literacy with the ability to use standard software and database packages including, MS Word, Excel, and Outlook
Benefits & Remuneration
This 0.5 FTE (part time 50%) Ongoing position will attract a remuneration of $66,813 to $71,161 pa (pro-rata) plus 17% University superannuation contribution.
