1Cover has a down-to-earth and open culture, with leaders willing to help you develop. The Travel Support Centre is core to our business and we are looking for a Customer Service Consultant to join our Sydney based team.

What’s the role?

- Work in an inbound call centre delivering legendary customer service to Travel Insurance queries

- Outbound follow up calls to customers in a professional, service-oriented manner with the view of maximising customer satisfaction

- Multi-tasking across different channels: phone, online chat and email correspondence

- Work with a fun, dynamic team of customer service and sales specialists.

The Ideal Candidate

Here's what we are looking for in candidates for this role:

- At least 2 years or more experience in a contact centre environment

- Excellent telephone and communication skills

- Strong typing skills including speed and accuracy (minimum 60 WPM)

- A bubbly and positive personality with a can-do attitude

- A strong work ethic, taking pride in every call and in your attention to detail

- Natural motivation to deliver results and improve your performance

- Competitive in nature- great incentives on offer
