Our client is currently seeking suitable applicants for 2x Indigenous Administration Traineeships to complete a Certificate III in Business. Located in Perth CBD and close to all public transport. Our client designs, constructs and maintains major projects and infrastructure assets across diverse industries.
Some duties include:
Meet and Greet visitors
Managing Kitchen, Meeting rooms and Stationary with ADHOC PPE ordering
Managing supplies such as foodstuffs, coffee machines, newspapers and other office consumables.
Processing Credit card reconciliations and Travel bookings for General Mangers
Processing office related invoices in a timely and appropriate manner.
Undertaking any other duties or responsibilities to include administration support as authorised by the Office Manager.
Identify as Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander
Previously completed a Certificate II Business or previous administration experience
Completed school at Year 12 level
Positive, confident and reliable candidates
