About the role
This 12-month temporary position is responsible for the development, coordination and implementation of a range of change and communication activities to support the development of a service model and culture for the City Identity, Experience and Engagement Directorate. On a daily basis you will develop and apply a range of change management strategies including business analysis, feasibility assessment, business cases, plans, briefing papers, communications material, training material and reports and coordinate any work place reform requirements, recruitment and onboarding activities.
About the person
The successful candidate should have extensive previous experience,
knowledge and practical application of contemporary change management principles and methodologies in a similar scale organisation; demonstrated business analysis skills; exceptional written and verbal communication skills; exceptional interpersonal skills and well developed facilitation and negotiation skills and techniques. It would be preferred but not essential for applicants to have a recognised degree in change management or relevant/equivalent area as well as recognised change management industry certification
