A vacancy exists in the Department of Radiology - Medical Imaging for a highly motivated Business Manager with appropriate knowledge and skills to join our friendly and supportive team.

Reporting to the Director of Radiology, you will produce insight from financial and service performance data to optimise financial outcomes whilst ensuring an acceptable balance of risk and return. You will be accountable for the accuracy of financial reports, and forecasts. You will Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders through the sharing of knowledge and collaboration.
The vacancy is open to Australian citizens, New Zealand citizens who hold a valid New Zealand passport, Australian permanent residents and those non-residents deemed by the Department of Immigration and Citizenship to be eligible to work in Australia only.

Professional qualification (e.g. CA, CPA or equivalent) or equivalent relevant experience.
Strong commercial acumen and customer focused
Track record of collaborating with business leaders in a complex business environment.
Experience working in transformation and change projects particularly in the Health industry.
Excellent communication skills and ability to influence, negotiate, listen to and resolve conflicts.
Ability to highlight problems, offer innovative and practical solutions, and drive through execution.
Understanding of relationships between key financial and non-financial business value drivers.
