About the role

This position is responsible for the delivery of customer service and basic food preparation at Councils aquatic facilities in Parramatta and Epping.On a daily basis, you will:





- Offer excellence in face to face and telephone customer service

- Respond to email enquiries

- Assist in Swim School bookings and enquiries

- Processing transactions and cash handling

- Coffee and food preparation

- Maintaining a high level of cleaning or all areas of the centres





About the person

The successful candidate should have previous experience customer service, cash/transaction handling and food preparation. The successful candidates will require:











- Current NSW Working with Children Check or willingness to obtain

- Current recognised Food Handling qualifications or willingness to obtain

- Experience in customer service in a busy customer facing facility

- Barista qualifications





What’s on offer





We are offering an attractive hourly rate of $28.30 plus 25% casual loading and weekend penalties.
